I started to write down my thoughts in a journal, so I would re-live these moments, but with the aim of hoping to understand how and why I feel like I do. I took a photographs of objects and plants in my house and garden that I encountered, which reflected the dark and light as a way to connect with my present in that moment and to think objectively whilst I was making the journal. One day, something just clicked and writing down my thoughts, released this pent up anxiety I had. It was the day that Storm Ciara swept across the UK and just for a little while, I went outside, I danced with the trees swaying in the wind and for the first time in along time, I felt free.
